Can I change the model or come up with something of my own ?;

  4. Please contact for any non-standard orders. Almost everything can be made in our production facility in Bali;

How much will the delivery cost?

This will depend on the weight. The administrator will calculate the exact cost and give recommendations on how to save on delivery.

How and where will I receive my parcel?

We send parcels by EMS - this is an international courier service that works all over the world (similar to DHL, but more economical).
Therefore, the courier will call you and bring the parcel to the specified address, that is, he will give it to you directly in your hands.

In order for your return to be accepted, items must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging, with spare parts and accessories included. "New and unused" means free from scratches, marks, stains and other marks of wear / use; with labels or boxes; without resizing or making any other modifications. Returned items with traces of wear or use will not be accepted for return.

Returned DANDY LAB merchandise will be shipped at your expense.


Free Purchase Gifts must be returned with the returned purchase in order for the return to be accepted for a refund. If you decide to return your purchase for an exchange, you can keep a Free Gift for yourself.


Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom-made items are special orders.


Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more from the original price can be returned for exchange only. In this case, it is impossible to receive a refund for the value of the goods.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours upon receipt). Provide the track number of your order indicated in the order confirmation letter. We will also need your contact phone number and e-mail address. DANDY LAB will do everything in our power to replace this item as soon as possible. If there is damage to the package, please refuse to receive it and contact us immediately.

All items returned in accordance with the stated policies are eligible for a refund. If you choose to have a refund, the full item price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded when DANDY LAB receives and processes your return. It usually takes 7-14 business days to process a return after the package has been delivered. You can trace the return status. We will send a notification to your email address when the refund has been credited to your credit card. The timing of the appearance of the amount on the balance sheet depends on the operating system of the company that issued your credit card. The refundable amount may appear on your balance after one or two billing cycles.


You may return an item shipped to you for exchange within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please note that for repeated returns we do not guarantee refunds, only exchanges. It is possible to charge a surcharge for delivery.
